Jim Pinciotti is a licensed Florida real estate broker, co-founder of Pintes Realty LLC, and a Tampa Bay resident for more than 30 years. His extensive knowledge of the area, combined with years of real estate and investment experience, gives buyers and sellers practical, informed guidance when making important real estate decisions.

Jim specializes in commercial & residential real estate, 55+ and active-adult communities, golf course communities, and investment properties throughout Land O' Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, North Tampa, and surrounding areas. As a resident of The Groves Golf & Country Club, Jim offers firsthand knowledge of the community and an understanding of the lifestyle, homes, and considerations that are important to buyers and sellers in 55+ communities.

Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Jim spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, where he developed a strong foundation in service, operations, negotiation, and relationship building. His real estate experience also extends beyond traditional residential transactions. Jim owns and manages rental properties, participates in multifamily investments, and has experience with renovation projects as well as select hotel and commercial real estate transactions.

This combination of brokerage expertise, local market knowledge, and hands-on real estate investment experience allows Jim to look beyond the transaction and help clients evaluate a property's value, potential, and fit with their long-term goals.
