Jim Pinciotti

Jim Pinciotti is a licensed Florida real estate broker and co-founder of Pintes Realty LLC, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Tampa Bay area. A resident of the region for more than 28 years, Jim specializes in residential real estate across North Tampa, including Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, and New Tampa. He works with a wide range of residential properties including single-family homes, condos, waterfront homes, and investment properties. Jim also has extensive knowledge of golf course communities and 55+ active adult communities throughout the Tampa Bay market, helping clients find homes that match both their lifestyle and long-term goals.

In addition to helping homeowners buy and sell property, Jim brings valuable real-world investment and commercial experience to his clients, representing multiple buyers and sellers in hotel and commercial transactions. He spent more than 20 years working in the hospitality industry before transitioning full time into real estate. Jim also owns and manages rental properties, participates in apartment investments, and works on select renovation and fix-and-flip projects. This combination of residential market expertise and investment experience allows him to provide clients with practical insight when evaluating property value, long-term potential, and real estate opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay and North Tampa markets.
