Rhina Cortes-Pinciotti has called the Tampa Bay area home for more than 20 years and brings a unique combination of business expertise, local knowledge, and personal commitment to every real estate transaction.

Before beginning her real estate career, Rhina earned a bachelor's degree in Systems and Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), followed by a successful corporate career in business and technology. That background shaped the way she approaches real estate today—with careful planning, strong negotiation, attention to detail, effective marketing, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Rhina specializes in 55+ and active-adult communities, relocation, new construction, and residential resale throughout Land O' Lakes, North Tampa, Pasco County, and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. As a resident of The Groves Golf & Country Club, she brings firsthand knowledge of the community and the 55+ lifestyle to buyers and sellers considering their next move.

Her professional designations and certifications include Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS™), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™).
