New Construction Homes in Land O' Lakes

Explore by Del Webb Verona is an upcoming gated community along the State Road 52 corridor in the Land O’ Lakes area, designed around new homes, wellness and resort-style recreation. PulteGroup has announced approximately 843 planned homesites within this initial community, part of a larger vision for Verona that includes additional residential development, conservation areas and future commercial uses. The location offers connections to I-75 and the Suncoast Parkway for travel throughout Tampa Bay. With home sales announced for mid-2027, Explore Verona offers buyers an opportunity to follow a new community from its early stages.

The planned amenities bring a strong emphasis on both activity and relaxation. Announced features include a lazy river, pickleball courts, fitness and movement studios, massage rooms, infrared saunas, cold plunges and a bar and grill. Gathering spaces and wellness programming are intended to give residents opportunities to connect while enjoying recreation close to home. Picture a workout followed by a relaxing afternoon or an evening gathering with neighbors. As the community develops, Explore by Del Webb Verona is poised to offer a lifestyle where the home and its surrounding amenities work together.
